Keeping a terrible coach because of his relationship to a better coach who “might be best suited as a teaching specialist” is like wingman-ing the incredibly boring chick so your buddy can score with her ugly friend.
Both leave a bad taste in your mouth that nobody is satisfied with and everyone regrets sooner, rather than later.
Look at that!! You'd have to be a person of a certain age to know what that is, and how coins and something to fill the base on the players ties into that game.
Not to bring up a sore subject, but imagine how humbling a move like this would have been on a certain former QB. Working on being better? Hmmmm what a [novel] idea. NOT!!
