if you switch to the 4-3 then you set back the rebuild another couple of years just like it did when we switched to the 4-3

id switch the coordinator before switching to a 4-3. but its grudens call so if he truly wants a 4-3 then we should make that switch this off season.

I did notice on Monday night, our 3-4 almost traps our 2 LB's inside leaving TE's to run free. It's quite alarming when a RB or TE is completely uncovered because of scheme. Just saying.

Pretty sure 3-4's do not allow for players to run uncovered simply because they are 3-4 defenses. .

I'm not saying we shouldn't run the 3-4, I have coached it for years and love it. I'm saying our defense for whatever reason leaves RB & TE uncovered all the time and it's alarming...

While I agree that this is a league transitioned towards defensive pressure, it appears that the one exception to that effort is Washington Football, which cannot apply pressure without blitzing!!
