Wow! What a game. Lin was the high man with 18 but the story of the night was Tarik Black. Four for Four FTs, 7 of 8 FGs, 9 Rebounds, 3 blocked shots, and a definite defensive presence in the paint. What a discovery by Mitch!

This dude Black is saying all the right things, for a basketball player that's shocking. This is a guy who went undrafted, worked hard in the summer to make it onto the Rockets, and in his first game with some real minutes with the Lakers he posts a career high. He's hungry, something the Lakers need more of right now. He just might be worth bailing the Rockets out for, another in a long line of big men with hustle, the offensive rebounds were through the roof and Vucevik is no slouch when it comes to rebounding.
