McLaurin would perform better with a real QB.

We'll see if you finally got one.
How do you know this to be true? We have to deal in reality and the facts tell us that he's better suited as a WR2.

He can be your #1, Dotson your #2 and McCaffrey your #3.
That's a pretty solid trio.

There are some available WR's that want to be traded if you really want a #1.

That's status quo stuff, and what has it gotten them thus far? So, let me ask you this question...
Are you stronger as a team when you're playing a WR2 as your WR1, a WR 3 as your WR2 and a untested rookie as your WR3
OR...
Getting a top of the line WR1 then playing your former WR1 as WR2, and your former WR2 as your slot guy?

Terry isn't a WR1, he was forced into that position, and even though QB play has been poor, he can be completely erased when doubled. Now, you add Higgins or Ayuik or another legit theat(not dotson at all) and you'll see Terry do great but I'm curious what numbers he'll do with less targets and if he can improve his redzone production. Its no slight he's a WR2 he's still amazing

Daniels is a legit QB. He will elevate McLaurin's game.

I agree, but if Washington ever decides to compete with the best, they'll have to become one of the best.

And like Eagles nutter posted....

Those aren't bad numbers at all.

And if he played the Eagles all 17 games, extrapolating his averages over 10 games, he'd surely be considered a #1.

99 - 1440 - 7

And that's with these Redskins bums at quarterback.

I've come around sty. Although I do believe McLaurin can be a good #1, I think as a number two he would be a nightmare for opposing defenses.
