All you’ve done is use the word “physics” over and over. Just because initial contact wasn’t with the head and neck doesn’t mean it wasnt targeted contact to the head and neck area. Yes there are some BS targeting penalties that occur because of chance or bad luck. That’s not what we’re discussing here. Saying targeting can only occur if first contact is made with the helmet to the head/neck area ignores a significant amount of dirty and malicious hit. It doesn’t matter if the first contact is shoulder pad to chest if the player is leading with their helmet and propels themself into the head/neck area.
