Not only that, they could have missed the 41 yarder. Had he called the TO after 3rd down, he'd have around 20 seconds. Missed FG leads to 15ish seconds. Quick hit pass out of bounds get the ball midfield with 05 ish left. Hail mary pass to end the game. If it misses, go to OT. This is basic stuff. But Les proves every year he is a total ass when it comes to the clock

Out of curiosity, why was there still 2 seconds left on the clock after the FG?

They kicked it with 3 seconds left, so shouldn't that have ended the game? Or is the NFL different when it comes to clock management on FG's?

Refs reset the clock to 6 seconds.
