They're also the team who had their heads handed to them so bad they went out and acquired Jason LaBarbera so you just knew they were going to come out of the gate with both barrels blazing and the goaltender was going to stand on his head. Even with this beat-down assuming it continues (which it looks like it is) it's been a successful road trip. 6 out of a possible 8 points. Still a lot of games left in the season to make up the points. I think maybe our boys minds are already on the plane ride back home.

The Kings need to come up with something to counter the Blackhawks speed advantage. My first thought is that they need to be taking the body much more and much sooner than now.

Well it you take away the the first period, the Kings out scored them in the rest of the game. Also if you ignore the Kings pathetic play it was a good game
