Because they can't generate any quality scoring chances on their power play opportunities and Miller is playing like Miller the All Star. Then they can't handle the puck for beans. That last power play by the Sabers was set up by about four fumbles of the puck by Kings players trying to clear the zone and unlike the Kings Buffalo took advantage of the power play and scored.
