I think Kopi was totally offsides, but I also do not think there was any evidence to reverse the call.....meaning they went on "gut feeling" much like I did which is not whats is supposed to happen....then how can they not put time back on the clock, that makes absolutely no sense when the play was supposed to have been blown dead at the offsides.

Exactly.

When a goal is scored but play continues, at the first stoppage they review it. If it was scored at 14:15 but an extra 3:30 was played, that 3:30 gets put back on the clock. When an off sides happens, the clock stops immediately.

Why was time not put back on? It gypped the Kings of additional legitimate PP time, not to mention they could have used it at the end.
