On talk radio this morning they said of Addison Reed, "He's a guy you know is going to blow a lot of saves, but _____" The blanks were a bunch of positive attributes. My question is why doesn't the sentence after the first part? IF that's true, then he shouldn't be a closer.

Another D-Back closer that can't quite figure it out. The carousel is getting cranked up already. D-Backs season so far:

1. Fly to Australia and get shut out by the Aussie national team
2. Lose to the Dodgers
3. Lose to the Dodgers
4. Lose in epic fashion by blowing a huge lead in front of your home crowd to open the US season to a Giants team that played horribly

It can only go up from here.
