I had coffee with Lawrence Phillips and Eric Crouch at a Starbucks once. We now write each other at least once a month. Lawrence gets a bad rap, he has great penmanship skills. Eric is just a card. We are talking about taking a fishing trip sometime.

Eric and I always have a heck of time joshing each other about "Who was better, he or Tommie Frazier". The letters get off the chain. I was unaware that his great great great great Grandfather was also a Frazier. It's quite remarkable that Tommie and Eric get along so well. We're trying to get Tommie on our fishing trip, we would need a butler with the mess we make!!!

Speaking of which, I was just out to dinner Wednesday Night with Ndamukong Suh. We swung by a local Ruths Chris in Detroit to chat it up. We lost touch after he graduated. But we decided to strike back that great relationship we once had. I think it got weird with us when I told him he was one of the top 10 Nebraskas great. It kind of pissed him off a bit and he ate 5 prime ribs, on the bone, with his bare hands. Then left me the bill. But I think we are back after Wednesday night. He doesn't have the urges to punch me in the face and foot me in the throat anymore, which is good. We just talked about slinging ho's the entire evening!!!!
