Kaep locks them out with Dr. Dre's Headphones

Booo Hooo...

They claim to be the loudest fans, but all they're doing is crying...

San Francisco 49ers ? Niner Insider Blog ? SFGate.com » Colin Kaepernick commercial sparks headphones boycott in Seattle

Hawks fans just want some truth in advertising. Making Kaepernick look like Joe Cool under pressure while entering what is portrayed to be Century Link field in Seattle is just false. When Kaep comes to Seattle he looks nervous as shit. Then when the game starts he spends the next 3 hours running for his life and throwing picks.

It's the portrayal that somehow Kaeptain Kaengaroo has something over on Seattle fans that has the fans pissed. That and the fact that Seattle fans really aren't the thuggish, throw shit at buses, piss on tires in public types. They'd be more likely to throw Prius pamphlets and granola at the Niner's bus than anything that add portrayed.

I have to agree. He has shit the bed there. I didn't like the commercial because it was disingenuous. He needs to put a good game together at the Clink and then I'll support this a little more.

*In fairness tho...It's on the entire team.

btw: what's so disingenuous about wanting to tune out a hostile crowd?

The disingenuous part is that HE tuned out the crowd. He has looked like a, nervous kid, giving his first speech in 6th grade. He's my QB but he hasn't proven he can win there, yet. I hope he does in the playoffs.

Don't sweat it too much dude....it's just an ad.

We'll see if the 9er O-line and defense will be up for the challenge this time around....if it gets to that point.

Meh, the timing was wrong. That's all I'm saying. I still find it funny that Shehawks are whining about it. They always call us whiners.

Oh the irony.

That's probably the only thing I see wrong with it. I found the commercial funny.

I don't see what the big deal about the ad is. It's just an ad.
In real life when Kaepernick visits Seattle he gets his ass handed to him and goes home shaking and crying like a little girl. Anyone who's seen him play in Seattle knows that. There's no point in getting upset about a blatantly fictional portrayal to sell a product.

Hawks fans have always been the most over the top fanatics of all NFL fans on the boards. God help us if they ever actually win anything. Pats fans might be as bad, but they get trolled a lot too and their team has actually won something in their lifetimes.

How would a Lions fan know what that's gonna be like? :noidea:

Mehhh. people get their panties in a bunch over nothing pretty easily. Seattle or not.

Only thing Id probably wish wasn't in the ad was the what 7 year old flipping off the bus? Thats pretty poor taste.

LOL at the poster who said seattle fans are more likely to throw prias pamphlets and granola at the bus!!!!

I just can't believe that kids want those ugly ass head phones. I guess everything does go in cycles. I remember my first pair of head phones were about that size....and plugged into my walk man.... jeez I am getting old

The ad didn't bother me at all.

I just had to laugh at the idea that Kap is so cool and can "block out the noise" in Seattle. What a bunch of bullshit.
