living up to expectations

thats exactly what this team is doing.

just look over the lineup and tell me where were/are goals going to come from? i know that we had hopes that guys would step up but they havent. im not all that shocked by that. look over the lineup and tell me where are goals going to come from?
clarkson? a 1x 30 goal scorer.
henrique has 10 i believe and he missed 10 games.
elias has a nice stat sheet but isnt a goal scorer.
zajac has been brutal.
zubrus was injured but even he is a career 15g guy and fringe 3rd liner imo.
poni? he is a legit 3rd line player
the entire gio line is just suppose to be a 3rd line and yet we are expecting 2nd line production out of them.

heck the only player on that list that IMO is having an off year is zajac. what were you guys honestly expecting this year?

Yeah but Zajac is a pretty big player to be having an off year. He is the top line center, or he's supposed to be. If he plays how he's supposed to we're winning a bunch of these close games. He really needs to step it up.
