Fuller slipped and did not get to the spot on the INT. Sadly, that might have been Stafford's best throw today.

2 centts..not sure where youre coming from. Playing good football all year despite a ton of injuries. A total turnaround as far as team dicipline on the field. If we had a kicker we would be undefeated. All this while being crippled by injuries. I think Caldwell is a hell of a coach...my opinion wont change even if we lose this one 49-0

The bigger problem is with the OC. He has an offensive scheme dependent on a high rate of execution. With the way Stafford throws, that is not going to happen.

Halftime, Stafford had 6 missed throws, 1 was Fuller falling down and he got picked so I'll take that one off

The other 5, 2 were in the dirt, 3 were off the hands of the receiver who were wide open and had to adjust to make a very difficult catch, so I'm sure Stafford lovers will blame them.

OLine actually looking good in pass blocking, not so much in run blocking.

Why didnt we let Prater kick the 54 yard FG? If you have no faith in him how about just keep him inactive

No. It just makes us right.

You are correct on the defense. Not sure why all of a sudden we are using a completely different defense then what got us here and had been successful. No blitzing except 1 play and mostly zone. Wheres the aggressive defense we have been playing all year?

Doesn't make me happy. I wish I could make excuses for him, but when he misses easy throws 10 yards away its hard to defend

Cant believe i got up for this shit. Stafford looks like hes ready to go back to bed. Missing open guys left and right. Alot of injuries but still, some of those guys are open. And please dont throw kellen davis another pass. Guy cant catch anything. Seen enough of him here in chicago.

Idk if our pass blocking only looks good because Atlanta's D-line, but if they keep this up our pass game should be pretty damn good after the bye

I think Lombardi deserves some time. The game plan coming in this season (i believe) was to utilize our size with 3 tight end packages.
Right now we obviously have zero tight ends...not to mention no Calvin or a hobbled Calvin the entire season. Also we have been down to a 4th string running back and a 3rd string right tackle.

Obviously every team has injuries to deal with and that is a part of the game. Im not making excuses for him but I am recognizing its a new offense, new OC...its hard to build a rhythm and consistency when you are playing musical personel at very key positions.
