An action done in the heat of the moment such as a celebration that is illegal is not necessarily insubordinate; it is a mistake. However, not listening to a superior telling you to do something, is not a mistake, it is a intentional act of insubordination. What Suh did is like your manager telling you not to swear in the office yet, you spill your coffee and in the moment shout out "oh shit". Direct insubordination is your manager telling you to go file those papers and you telling him "no" to his face. If you cannot see the difference in the two, you are mentally retarded. And I don't mean that as a message board flame troll type talk. If you can't see the difference between the two, you are absolutely 100% mentally retarded.
