So if Levy hit the ball first does that men it's a fumble because the ball was lose before he made contact with Lacy?

Imo, if he makes contact will the ball first, punches it loose, and then contacts Lacy then that should be a fumble.

Yeah it's a fumble if he knocks the ball loose before he touches him. It was close. It looked like it was simultaneous.
