It was a dangerous pass, thrown by a QB, who had not hit a timing pattern the whole game.

Jon Gruden said they had a hard slant at any time, meaning a running play was likely the call but Dez was singled up. The next two runs were bad.

Agree that I would have run it on first down. If you pick up a few yards you may get yourself to the point where you can run it 3 straight and get in.

Also, stop with the damn Jumbo package. that just hasn't worked this year. Run it with 3 or 4 wide and we seem to do better. As soon as we go jumbo it seems to fail every time.
