I don't like the Cowboys either but I think its impressive how much hate they draw when they haven't done diddly squat since the mid 90s.

It's not like they've been super bowl gatekeepers like the Patriots were for 20 odd years. My theory is it's a combination of annoying Texan culture and Jerry "richy rich" Jones.

Between the obnoxious fans, the media hyping them up every year and this year their players talking shit, it is easy to hate them despite them being irrelevant.

I never see Dallas as a threat with Dak at QB but the joy I take in seeing them lose just so I can go to work and not have to listen to Dallas fans is unmatched.

I know it's a meme of that circle "season starts, this is our year, we dem boys, playoff exit" but that really is how the Cowboy fans I know are. You can never doubt their loyalty. Their sanity maybe, but never the loyalty.
