Damn refs! How in the heck do the refs uphold the out of bounds ruling when clearly the Spartans had a TD on this play.....this bad call will come back to haunt the Spartans.

Yup.....MSU dominated first half time of possession-----19 minutes for Spartans to only 11 minutes for the Cornhuskers.....pretty impressive.

Wow.....88 offensive plays so far for Spartans (57 for Cornhuskers).......talk about typical Spartan ugly ball control offense........ugly....but it works for Sparty.

Man oh man.....Spartans do this every 4th quarter.......their ugly ball control, clock eating , pounding offense, takes its toll on the defense until the D is tuckered out.

Again.....very ugly and uninspiring Spartan offense....but very effective, come the fourth quarter when the opponents D is all tired out.

Pounding offense? Doubtful.

They don't turn it over like Nebraska did, but Michigan State did not pound it. Yardage is about even, but Nebraska gave it up five times.

Final yards.... Nebraska 385 to 361 for Spartans.......but.......total offensive plays ran------Spartans 92 plays to 69 plays for Nebraska.......wowser!

I don't yet see the final time of possession....but Sparty roughly had the ball close to 40 minutes compared with approx 20 minutes for Nebraska. This has been the M.O. for Sparty's boring offense all season........play Pac Man with the clock (gobble-gobble-gobble those precious seconds & minutes).

Hey Spartan fans.......what Bowl do you think you're going to?......the BTN experts say that Wisconsin will probably jump over Michigan State for the Capital One Bowl.......leaving the Spartans will the consolation prize of the Outback Bowl.......the BTN guys mentioned that the Spartans don't have a fan base that travels as well as the Badgers fans. Are you Spartan fans OK with this?
