Is having a good camp from the reports I have read. Some people on here said Long would win the job hands down. Interesting. lol. Ribeye looks bad and Long is now the backup center. He will be a lock to make the team. Hood is showing some flashes like I said. With Galette out for the year maybe they move Murphy to OLB as far as a roster spot and Hood might make the team. He was my sleeper going in. He could be the 5th DE. Assuming Ionnadis is the backup NT. The four OLB's would be RK, PS, TM, and Bates.

It could come down to Hood, Trail, and Jefferson for one spot.

Murphy was looking good today rushing the passer. He was very quick off the edge and I thought it was Moses having a hard time blocking him with the outside speed rush.

Interesting thing that Luvao said the other day on Cooley's radio show - Ty Nsekhe is ready for a breakout season. Some say he's on the same level as Morgan Moses - and he's even bigger. Looking at his career, Ty's been cut by at least 4 teams. He seems to be quite a late bloomer.

I would like to see where I said Long would win hands down. I said I expect him to win the job just like I defended Lauvao last offseason when people were bashing him.

If not for his age, Ty would be taking one of the starting Tackle spots for us, And no I dont think Trent would get benched for Ty.
