In all honesty the way the Devils mailed in the game against the Habs, the fact that Marty and Zach are out not to mention who knows what our D will look like, plus its fan appreciation night, I see the Pens taking this one.

Rags: 91 Points 2 games remaining (Thrashers, Devils)
Sabres: 90 points 3 games remaining (Lightning, Flyers, Blue Jackets)
Canes: 87 Points 3 games remaining (Wings, Thrash, Lightning)

Wow. The Canes have a very rough road to get in, and they need to win out to get in I'm fairly certain (unless the Rags lose both their remaining games). I won't look into the Sabres scenario, because I don't want to.

How the heck is that a penalty? He missed a slash, and if it's a cross check it's the weakest one I've seen called in awhile. He MISSED him. Sure he attempted to crosscheck. But failed.
