Flames GM Jay Feaster gave an interview yesterday and stated that the Coyotes came hard after Lanks and presented an offer that was too good to pass us. Shane Doan was also pleased about Daymond returning to Phoenix.

/I think it speaks volumes that Daymond Langkow in the twilight of his career still generates more interest than a younger Matt Stajan supposedly just entering his prime years.
