To me, he's a perfect "end of the bench" type player. He's got a great attitude, is good in the locker room and accepts his role, so he's not going to be creating any problems.
As a player, he's good enough to give some quality minutes from time to time, but if he starts getting too many minutes, he starts showing why he's an end of the bench player.
