Yup. Terrible hands, doesn't like to get hit, can't sky over defenders for a good catch, can be shut down in single coverage. Just nothing about his game screams top receiver. Not a complete draft bust but on the way to being just another guy that you are looking to upgrade. Not good for a top-5 pick.
