Does he get hurt because he doesn't play a lot so he's not in a groove or is he just an injury prone guy? He's been injured every single season he's played it seems. $2 for a guy that only suits up 30+ games is bad.

Style of play and fitness, plus he had that hip surgery so that is probably a factor as well. He stayed healthy last season, so its probably just I've of those things that comes with a goalie that goes into the splits alot

Stalock was assigned before he re-aggravated the injury. With Boston only being about an hour away from Worcester he'll be recalled after Worcester's game tonight.

Injury report on Stalock is he's done for the season. While making a save a skate blade sliced the back of his knee cutting a nerve. Early reports are he should be ready to go at the begining of next season.

I cal it being a pro athlete seeing his chance of being a starter slipping away came back to early over compensated for his current injury and hurt something else like a hip

Pure 100% guess, but pro athletes are kind of driven to the point of being stupid, over looking common sense in order to achive something. Sometimes slow and steady does win the race.
