We just traded for Knile Davis. I dont know what we gave up yet.

if they arent happy with his weight that could easily be the case. The most frustrating thing to me us he was playing well this season but wasnt being given enough touches IMO.

I think Lacy was put on a P 290 X. He seems to be achieving his goal. I know he's ran well but who we kidding, he's looking like a fat man again. I wish him all the luck but that extra weight isn't going to cut it. As far as the Knile Davis move goes I like it. I think he could add a nice dimension to the offense, more of a breakaway threat than either Starks or Lacy.

I think Lacy was put on a P 290 X. He seems to be achieving his goal. I know he's ran well but who we kidding, he's looking like a fat man again. he's something we've needed and haven't had for a long time. I agree he's not an every down guy but we have been without a third down back forever.

For what its worth I would like to see Lacy back. I think his pounding style helps immensely to wear defenses down.

Knile Davis released by the Packers today. He must have been a short term fill in until Starks gets back hopefully? Maybe they need room on the roster to bring back Linsley the center back?

Banjo is gone too. I think this was a move for Linsley and that Action Jackson looked slightly better and Starks will be back in a couple weeks. Also, releasing him means TT doesn't have to relinquish a draft pick.

Davis and Jackson were both ineffective. At least we didnt lose anything from the trade.

Starks has been included in the 53 man roster has just been inactive so is no trouble bringing him back. My guess will be that Linsley fills the empty spot now available

I heard someone say a Cobb/Haden swap with the Browns but I seriously doubt that one.

Christine Michael was picked up today so we at least have 2 actual running backs on the team now

Don Jackson placed on the IR today with an injury that happened in practice today. Likely a stash but the timing makes sense.
