Doubtful Dash, in my humble opinion of course. Those two guys are still highly thought of in the Kings organeyezation as far as I know (read: both were Lombardi picks). I think it's probably someone more like Martinez, but I could be wrong.

the best deals are the ones that help both teams. Bs needed cap space and Kings needs a LW (and to shake up the roster). The rumor I am hearing is "conditional pick/prospect". If that is true I think it depends on Strum passing a physical and his playing shape and maybe re-signing in LA

Strum was rumored to be on waivers soon. Then the Isles would have claimed him (they are too close to the floor). Rumored that there were 3 teams that wanted him and Strum picked LA because he knows Dean from SJ.
