I would be stunned if the B1G finished with 10 top 45 teams. Conference is going to be down yet again this year. And they've done themselves no favors with everyone scheduling weak OOC for the most part.

teams are ranked off of an algorithm, so there's no ACC bias here.

I don't think you quite understand how Kenpom works. It's an algorithm of a compilation of stats. It's not a ranking so to speak, only who he thinks is the best based on his criteria. More often than not, he is right. As you can see from the analysis below, last year was the first time in at least 5 years that his top 5 had a team that finished outside of the final USA Today rankings.
