He did show something - that he doesn't know how to take contact. I'm sure he'd be good in touch football. Some players just don't know how to take contact. When you're a running back who doesn't know how to take contact... that's an issue. Frankly, a year on IR almost certainly won't change anything - but that's up to Gruden and Scot.I think this is the best thing for him, it allows them to IR him and he gets paid and hopefully develops. But let's be honest, he showed notthing to earn a roster spot. We all jumped on board because he is fast and was really good in high school. But this is the big boy league and you need more than straight line speed.
