After 3 straight first round exits, this team needs a culture change. Someone from outside the organization to come in, command respect, fix the PP and return to the uptempo forechecking system we ran with Sutter behind the bench. We were a top-3 team at 5-on-5 last season. Not so much this year...

I'd take a long hard look at someone like guy boucher.

Exactly. This team would be in shambles by christmas. Besides, that clown isn't a long-term solution. I want a younger guy that can be around for a while. Lord knows we've been through enough coaches in the last few years. haha
