They were often confused and didn't tackle well either.

Speed isn't gonna compensate for running the wrong way or getting owned by a stiff-arm.

That would apply to running the wrong way in confusion for sure, but poor tackling is just a lack of coaching fundamentals.

There is a three year trend that can't be overlooked when determining expectations for the defense going into this season.

The first two games won't be a good evaluation tool, but if they can hold UCLA under 20 pts, under 150 yds rushing, under 200 yds passing, then I think some Kool-Aid can be poured.

I think Nebraska will want Natter to get bigger. But how can you not like the name Natter with National Championship.
