An actual complete game.

Offense, Defense and Special teams all played well today. got the win in a game that we could have easily lost. A little nervous about playing the Vikings defense since they should have won against Dallas today. But at least we are not out of it yet.

Not to nitpick, but our STs are still a huge problem. We had two FGs blocked. This could have cost us the game. Also, we have no return game at all. Our starting field position is rarely pass the 20 on kickoffs. I guess it could be considered some kind of growth in that we didn't give up a return TD today.....

Niles Paul seemed comfortable returning once. I would put him back there.

I don't quite understand how josh Morgan could be our best option at returner.

That seems silly to me. He never gets past the 25, and often doesn't make it to the 20.

It seems as though the shannys on offense have lots of people not playing the roles they were supposed to play at the beginning of the year: Morgan is an exllent downfield blocker, Davis and reed should be on the field at the same time, moss should be returning kicks with Thompson or Robinson, Hankerson should be the slot wr (big body that should learn to use his body to shield coverage from the ball, no speed after the catch)

Agree on another poor STs performance. Niles Paul should be our returner. He actually did a good job last season at doing that job.

It's not a good day for STs when you have a blocked FG (I don't count the one from 59 because he doesn't have the leg for it anyways) and you have two punts downed inside the one yard line...not on the one but inside the one.

Come on guys. we didnt give up a huge return on special teams, and we didnt give up a score on special teams. We did show improvement from the past few weeks.

Block the guys coming to down the punts...catch the ball and not let it go. Depends on situation.

The charger punter hit both inside the. Ten yard line, and Morgan correctly got out of the way on one of them.

The other one was out of bounds at the one, another punt you don't field, even if Morgan could have fielded it.

Our ST's stink, period! Morgan is a waste at KO returns. Use Helu, Robinson, Moss or anyone else with Paul but not Morgan. It was a good win today and I'm once again happy for the week. There is so much that went wrong yet again but why talk about that when we won.
