Just for fun and boredom, let's make a US vs the World all star roster

LeBron, Curry, Tatum, Edwards, Booker, KD, AD, Kawhi, Brown, Adebayo, Ja, Brunson

World:

Embiid (screw that Olympics trickery dude is a foreigner), Luka, SGA, Jokic, Giannis, Wagner, Wemby, Markannen, Siakam, Porzingis, Giddey, Bogdanovic (because they need more guards)

The World team looks better but with a shit ton of bigs, not sure how you work them all together. Gobert doesn't even make the team. The US team has better guards but is undersized.

Who did I miss? Any of you geniuses know how to fix the US size problem?

Indeed, it's very big/center heavy, Dort could guard the US guards. Add him instead of Murray?

Chet for sure, 2 years from now it will be easy enough for Jub to push someone out of the way. We really need to get these teams as set as possible though because Embiid won’t pick a side until we do.

Chet would be needed more than jdub in this scenario. A 3rd big and a real stretch big would be needed plus he can protect the paint

Well sure, I can list a few other all star or almost all star level players but if they aren't better than the 12 we have not sure how that works. There isn't room for everyone on the NBA all star teams, 12 players for 15 teams is not a lot.

Which is what makes this semi-interesting, same as regular all star selections. With only 12 every year there are always a couple who are just as deserving
