6 QT stock pot
4 (1 qt) Ball/Mason canning jars w/ lids.

8 cups Apple Juice
8 cups Apple Cider
4 cups Sugar
3-5 oz Cinnamon Sticks -Get the cheap one's, it all tastes the same. I get a 5oz bag "Chefs Select" for $1.50

2 cups Everclear

Put everything (But the Everclear) in stock pot and stir until sugar has disolved. Simmer @ medium/medium high for 1 hour.

Let cool

Add Everclear.

Refrigerate

I let it sit for 1 week before serving.

Serve in shot glasses w/ 1 tsp dollop of Redi-whip on top.

I made a batch of this around Christmas last year... Good stuff!

I made enough to jar up and keep throughout the year...
1 gal apple cider
1 gal apple juice
4 cups sugar
4 cups light brown sugar
Tbs ground cinnamon

Then add 2 bottles of ever clear when it cools off

Makes enough to fill (10) 1qt mason jars. And it gets better with age!
