I really love what this team has done. I doubt people will really remember this season unless we make a deep playoff run, but these guys have tempered my frustration with the injuries. Tonight, Rupp stepped up big time and it seems like guys have been taking turns doing that. There's sort of an us-against-the-world mentality that I'm enjoying, even though if I'm being realistic I don't see us going too far in the playoffs.

Well, at least the Pens will know on Sunday whether they can win it or not when they step on the ice. Granted, both the Isles and Flyers are playing on back-to-back days. It's a very real possibility if the Isles show up with the same energy tomorrow that the Pens have a shot at the Atlantic crown.

They always leave everything they've got on the ice. The Isles just couldn't get healthy on defense all year. Montoya for a 6th rounder was a steal though.
