He grew up near SF and was a huge Giants fan. Been a lot of baseballs in San Francisco Bay if he had. But he wasn't going to leave the Bandbox in the Bronx

Eh not really, only lefties have ever hit balls into the water there. The only righty to basically manage it was when Buster Posey hit an opposite field bomb that would have easily splashed but it hit a part of the back structure on the walkway there that rises like 15 feet
