He's done a good job at Ga. Tech IMO given what he took over. I don't think he'll be able to maintain any sustained success though because he hasn't been able to recruit there so far. He was actually getting significantly more talented players at Memphis than he has so far in his time at Ga. Tech. He won 70% of his games at Memphis, he just wasn't Cal, obviously.

All i hear and read here is more UOFA bad press, LOL! Let me tell you a story. I was on an America West flight several years ago when the wildcats were bound for Stanford and I had a long chat with Josh Pastner in the back of the plane when he was a player at UOFA. He seemed like a really stand up kid. This news is very surprising whether it is true or not.

He recruited well at Memphis, but by the time he left he had a strained relationship with the local AAU programs. That is probably a big reason why he left.
