Unfortunately - things like this happen too often. See the attached link - Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittenton almost exchanged gunfire for a very similar amt of money while both were with the Wizards. Arenas started a downward spiral shortly thereafter. However - Crittenton had a much worse descent & subsequently murdered someone & his current residence is in a Georgia prison.
