As everyone must know by now, Tom Brady's game jersey and game pants were stolen from his equipment bag during the awards ceremony after the game. An equipment guy took the stuff, put it in Brady's bag and put the bag in a locker and locked the locker. When Brady got back to the locker room he noticed that the bag was open and all of his personal stuff was gone. No jewelry or his wallet but the game jersey and game pants and some other minor items.

Lt. Governor of Texas contacted the Texas Rangers (Police) and also somehow contacted the Texas Rangers (MLB Team). The FBI has been called in and the Houston Police. There are no security cameras in the locker room (for good reason) but the exterior halls and doors are filmed.

On Good Morning America this morning they stated that the jersey has a black market value of more than $500,000. The NFL HOF wanted the jersey because of the importance of Brady winning his 5th Sb and 4th MVP as well as the records he set in the game.

Supposedly Bob Kraft has offered $100,000 to whoever stole and guaranteed that he/she will not be prosecuted if they return the jersey.

This is an easy fix. Just get another jersey, say it's the real one, that it was just temporarily misplaced, and go about your business.

Then the burden of proof is on whomever stole it to verify that it's real. Good luck getting half a mil now.
