I like the Dolphins!
I just dont know what to think of this. Thanks to Ireland, I think the Dolphins have a good group of talent and have an underrated coaching staff. On the other hand, Ireland seems to be kind of a dummy when it comes to off the field stuff. I think he is a good football mind but dont think he is a good option to deal with the pressure of running a franchise. Overall, probably a good decision to move on from Ireland. Good Job Dolphins!

LOL When I read that I thought I remembered Marino taking a job in the Phins front office several years and then quitting very qucikly, so I googled it and discovered that Marino is apparently interested in giving it another shot.

Doesn't matter. Everyone knew Ireland was one holding us back. Anything is an upgrade at this point.

Well he did a good job setting up the cap for the past season to make a run and the jury's still a little out on his last draft. Either way the new guy isn't left with a bag of pucks there's some talent. I could see them improving just like KC did this past year with the right moves....
