He needs to stop all that clapping every time this team fucks up. Shit annoys me to no end.

It is pretty annoying, but he's still instilled this team with a great mindset.

I can agree with that, I just wish he'd grab someone by the face mask and sit them down every now and again, that will drive home his message of accountability more than anything.

I think benching guys and letting guys win jobs in training camp drove his message of accountability home more than grabbing a guy and yelling at him ever could. But, once it a while I wouldn't mind seeing a little of it either I guess. I think it's because we can't yell at the guys ourselves (although we yell at the tv or from the crowd) that we feel better when someone does it for us...especially with all those dumb penalties...

I think Garrett almost is in a no win situation with Dallas fans.
I still think he's the best man for this job. I also think the play calling was good today. The Dallas coaching has been good. Plus for the good guys.

I too think he's the man for the job. Also very happy with the Rob Marinelli pick up.

Have to agree about the Marinelli hire. I was happy when it was announced but it has been better than I expected. The fact that they just keep plugging in new linemen is really impressive. Maybe it's all Leon Lett's work ; )

Marinelli or Lett? If Marinelli, I think he's full grown!!! If Lett, I'm not sure how we can tell that. I really haven't had any feel on him. I think it's the players that are growing a little each week that they are with the coaches and the team. Amazing to think of where these players were expected to be 6 months ago and where they are today. Guys are starting that probably didn't even expect to be on a roster.

Maybe they are giving extra effort because of this. They may see 2013 as a extended job interview for next season when the others come back healthy. Even if the loss spots here in 14 other teams will give them serious looks next year. Guys trying to play their way into the NFL are good to have on a roster.

That might fly for your local high school team but not in the NFL, at least not any more. He's a professional, not a raving lunatic who grabs face masks

What drives home accountability is benching Carter after the Chargers game and pointing it out on film in front of the team
