Cincinnati Bengals linebacker James Harrison's biggest fear

I really hated this guy when he was a Steeler, and thought he was a dirty player, but that might have been a lack of perspective on my part and the unwillingness to get to know him.

However, the more and more I get to see of Harrison, the more I really like him and his personality. There is very little I dislike about him, except maybe that he is on the backside of his career. I would really like him to be around here for a few years at his peak, but he probably doesn't have but a couple years left in this league.

Me too....I hated him worse than everyone on the Steelers who wasn't named Hines Ward....still hate Hines but if he was on our side I imagine I would feel differently about him, too.....Harrison has been a godsend to the defense, and in limited snaps ranks near the top of 4-3 lbs by PFF.....

Harrison isn't making the splash plays, but he is always in the right place and rarely makes a bad play. Also, his leadership with all the young guys is huge.

2 sacks on the year in limited playing...But what we dont see is the passionate discussion he is having with our lbs...How he is teaching Burfict how to take care of his body (needle jobs like Harrison)...That attitude that NO ONE takes a play off and that everybody SEEKS AND DESTROYS! He was signed to do more than just play on the field..The dude is a defensive backer coach for the lbs.......

He's a leader by example and he takes care of himself. Also you haven't heard any complaints from him for lack of playing time, which means he is a team guy and not a me guy. The lack of me guys on this roster is one of its greatest strengths imho.

Hines Ward was an is an asshole. He was one of the jerk faces that would make the comments "Same old Bengals." Bet he is in shock how far the Steelers have fallen.

The best thing you will love to hate about Harrison is.... watch the next time he plays, 85% of the time the opposing offense will hold him big time.... and they rarely call it!!! He is a beast on the outside and for some reason, the refs always, always allowed the extra grab on him.... its was a shame and still is because he could of been bigger and better than what he is!!!!

Harrison was one of maybe three steelers I ever respected.
