Columbus has won their last two, while the pens lost for just the first time in their past few. Last time these two teams met, the pens had a 5-0 lead before a final of 7-2.

Jackets will be out for revenge

Gooooood times back on December 4th. *sigh* We were riding high then...Sid was on game 15 of the streak, the team was on game 9 of their own, and we came in and took over in CBus. Can't wait until we play them next year. TOTALLY going again. So awesome.

Ouch. Mason's got some rough numbers there. Although his H2H S% is unworldly....hahha

So far I've liked the tempo and pressure the Pens are playing with. Nash just made a great shot for the lone goal. If they can keep this up for sixty mins they should have some good opportunities.

i agree. The Pens are really grinding it tonight. Gritty play will help, but they need to get to the front of the net. There aren't any snipers out there, outside of Gogo and Letang.

5 for charging has the same punishment as 5 for boarding. Either way, it was a boneheaded move on Cooke's part.

If it wasn't cooke, they wouldn't have called it.

tuytin needs to be smarter than that. He looked back, saw he was being tailed, and showed him the numbers anyway.

I would love to see the Pens shoot more pucks low to generate some rebounds for our 'center drive' style of rush.

Errey: "what do they call a team without Centers...?"
Steigerwald: "... a ... donut team?"

Pure comedy gold, ugh.

Shouldn't have been a penalty on Godard. He was clearly run on the boards and looking for Boll to fight.

I didn't realize you posted here, Mr. Errey.

Tyutin showed his numbers the entire time. He went into the corner with his back turned, played the puck with his back turned, and Cooke still freight-trained him. No excuse at all for Cooke not to pull up.
