What are your plans?

Friday- Going to Iowa women's bball game followed by Iowa men's bball. Be a long day of basketball at Carver arena for me.

Sat- Minnesota at Iowa night game. 7:00 blackout. (Wear your black fellas). If Iowa wins will be first time in team history they go 10-0. Historic game. Come join me in the seats.

Sun- Couch day, NFL!

Happy Friday DC!

For me today consists of being on call for EMT so can't really go anywhere or do much. Might try to do some cooking for the next week but always a risk that you will get called out and hate to have anything cooking.

Saturday it will be all about Opening day pheasant season around here. Have a group all lined up to get in the field before sunrise and go enjoy a day chasing birds around.

Sunday is of course preach in the morning then Football the rest of the day. Looking forward to the team getting back on track!

Saturday will be errands day. Got to clean the house, get some groceries, and look into mower with leaf bag because I cannot keep up with all the trees this year. Filled 30 bags last weekend and can probably do that again this weekend.

Sunday is fun day. Smoking brisket all day and watching football. Since I am doing the brisket for my wife's family I get a free pass for the day...all the football I can handle.

Getting ready for my last trip of the year next week. (At least I hope it's the last one.) Headed to Grand Rapids, Chicago and Pittsburgh.

Tomorrow a granddaughters basketball game plus some honey do's around the house. Like most of you, watching too much football on Sunday.

I'm heading up to my cabin in the beautiful Colorado mountains tonight with my wife. Great food, sunshine, a few projects and lots of rest & relaxation. We'll come down off the mountain on Sunday to cook some food and watch the Broncos pound the Chiefs. Go Broncos and Happy Friday everyone!

We got pretty fortunate around here and had decent weather for opening day pheasant season. It actually does work sometimes more when the weather is terrible as it causes the birds to sit a bit more. Still had a pretty good day though as limited out in just a few hours.
