our receivers are loving coach fisher, and actually being taught something..

Teddy was half-assed in his coaching, and recruiting coordinator duties.

I didn't like Bo keeping him or Watson around when he got hired, but I understand why Bo did what he did. Now that the Callahan/Colorado TRASH is gone from NU, the future looks bright.

USC receivers coach Ted Gilmore is among the top assistant hires during the offseason. Dienhart: Top five in each Big Six league

I liked Gilmore, in general. I didn't like when our receivers dropped about half the balls thrown their way the past couple of seasons. Not sure if the droppsies were due to Gilmore, or the WRs. Guess we'll find out.

Ted Gilmore, USC receivers coach
The buzz: He arrives from Nebraska, where he spent the past six seasons and coached five wide receivers who finished among the school's top eight in career receptions. Also a top recruiter, Gilmore has coached at Colorado, Purdue and Wyoming, among other stops.

Not saying much considering NU was a rushing team until 2004.

In that pic I posted above from the article--anyone notice how tiny Ted's hands are? Seriously. They look like Gary Coleman hands. (RIP Gary Coleman)

Death and memorial

Few details of Coleman's medical history have been made public. His short stature (4 feet, 8 inches or 1.42 meters) stemmed from congenital autoimmune kidney disease and its treatment.[39] He underwent at least two kidney transplants early in his life, and required frequent dialysis, which he preferred not to discuss. In 2009, he underwent heart surgery, details of which were never made public, but he was known to have developed pneumonia postoperatively.[16] In January 2010 he was hospitalized after a seizure in Los Angeles, and in February he suffered another seizure on the set of The Insider television program.[40]

On May 26, 2010, Coleman was admitted to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah in critical condition[41] after falling down the stairs at his home in Santaquin and hitting his head, possibly after another seizure, and suffering an epidural hematoma.[42] According to a hospital spokesman, Coleman was "conscious and lucid" the next morning, but his condition subsequently worsened.[7] By mid-afternoon on May 27, he was unconscious and on life support.[43] He died at 12:05 pm MDT (18:05 UTC) on May 28.[44][45]
