If he lost his balance and just kind of awkwardly fell and it ended up hurting someone.... I would say no, its not dirty. In order for it be dirty you have to have intent. Thats what makes it dirty.

Come on. He didn't lose his balance. He went for a low block when the guy wasn't looking.

Intent? We just went over this in the hate-crime thread. Intent is impossible to prove. By that rationale, no plays are dirty unless they admit they were trying to hurt the guy (which pro' ball players would never do because, for the most part, they lie as easily as breathing).

The 9ers have seemed a bit too enthusiastic this preseason, it looks like a Harbaugh trait, imo.
