Yea, I mean.....it would be a face to face transaction the way I'm reading it.

Hand over cash, hand over tickets.

He wants $200 up front though. You'll get the tickets when you give him the other $700 later.

Oh.

Well, if he wants to meet in person I still think he'd have to have some major balls to rip a guy off for a tiny $200 amount.

Donation for those seats is $1000 (ea)

2012_donation_levels.jpg

That map is way off now. With the new addition the donation levels went down. I have tickets way up in North Stadium and my donation went from $150 per ticket to nothing for this year because demand went down. I think I paid $824 for my two tickets

Not saying they're trying to rip people off. just saying they could be long gone by the time you're ready to give them the other $700 for the tickets.

They could be using an anonymous prepaid phone card and get $200 from 10 different people this weekend. Try calling that # when the tickets come. Bye-Bye...

I know.

But still, they have to meet in person. Usually scams are done anonymously.

Why not just wait for the tickets to arrive, post the ad, and do the $900 transaction all at once?

The $200 early is the suspicious part.

Well, look up his phone # on Google.

You can tell if it's a prepaid or not.

That combined with sounds like too good a deal sounds like a bad deal.

$64/seat isn't that good a deal for that location.

$900 /2 = $450/7 games = $64/seat.

As someone pointed out, the minimum donation levels have been lowered so if they're legit tickets they're just making sure they'll have them again next season. i.e. They don't want to lose them.

Between the end zone and the 20 yd line, first 20 rows up would be a good deal for that price. IMO

It's right above the tunnel walk and seats 1-2 though.

That has to up the value. I seriously never seen season tickets go for this cheap.

Funny thing is, we will end up going to 3 or 4 games anyways this season.

But yet we won't buy these tickets.

Like I said, you can always get face value or a bit more on craigslist for the ones you don't want.

I've paid more for worse seats.

Legit point about the donation going down tho. Didn't know that.

Yea, I was pretty excited that I didn't have to pay $300 for my set of tickets. This year it may be hard to sell any spare tickets with the shitty home schedule. I still don't want to give up my seats.

As long as its legit, it really seems like a good deal for where your seats would be. I mean I pay $75 less and not as good of seats
