This kind of thing is not uncommon when an addict relapses. If an addict hasn't used in a while their bodies lose some of the tolerance to the drugs. When they relapse they often don't take that into account and when they take the same amount they used to their body can't handle it and they OD. Not a fan of this guy but my heart goes out to anyone struggling with addiction.
