I read a similar article sometime last week, it was stating apple stole the pinch pull idea from another company and had no ground for the suit against samsung. However I guess that doesnt matter as seeing apple won that case.

samsung grasping at straws via FRAND and/or prior art

the article says they pinch zoom idea was Minority Report prior to the iPhone, not sure where else

other than that...
