My Twitter feed is telling me that International Prospect Signing is starting up, and the Pirates have signed #16 prospect Julio De La Cruz. He's a 16-year-old third baseman.

I saw the same. I'm encouraged that we're adding more, but most of the really big guns are gone already, so I guess we'll see what we get.
